What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To keep our product prices low, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Note: As international return shipping can be expensive, please contact us first! we often offer partial refunds or discounts that allow you to keep the item while saving on shipping fees.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! If your item is damaged or we sent the wrong product, please email us at yuzumoonshop@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will unable to make changes
