We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To keep our product prices low, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! If your item is damaged or we sent the wrong product, please email us at yuzumoonshop@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
